Duncan Chapel Methodist Church

This structure was built on the site of the earlier M. E. Church, which had existed during the Civil War, one block south of the county courthouse. After being replaced in 1956 by the Fairfax United Methodist Church, the old wooden building was used to house the Fairfax County Public Library administrative offices and county planning offices. It was demolished in 1970.
