Chocolate Through the Senses

February 7 @ 10:30 am - 4:00 pm
Free

Join us at Historic Blenheim for a special hands-on program presented as part of theĀ Chocolate Lovers Festival in Fairfax City! Families are invited to explore how colonial chocolate differed from the sweet treats we enjoy today through a series of interactive sensory stations.

Smell the spices once mixed into 18th century chocolate, feel the texture of cacao in its raw forms, and taste American Heritage Chocolate inspired by historic recipes. Then compare it with modern chocolate to see how flavors have evolved over time.

A fun, engaging experience for chocolate lovers of all ages!
