Artist and independent historian Mary Belcher will connect former slaves of Historic Blenheim's Willcoxon family to the Walter Pierce Park Cemeteries in Adams Morgan D.C. The grassroots efforts in the cemetery project have led to the documentation of 8,428 people buried there.
